Tracy Kerrins is Chief Information Officer and head of Consumer Technology for
Wells Fargo, one of the world’s largest information technology groups with more
than 25,000 talented team members who help keep Wells Fargo at the forefront
of America’s diversified financial services companies.

As CIO, Tracy is responsible for developing innovative technology solutions for
Wells Fargo’s more than 21 million retail bank households and three million small
business customers. She defines the strategic roadmap for new and emerging
technology platforms that enable customers to engage with the company and its
diversified set of banking, lending, and mortgage products and services. In
addition, she is a member of the Wells Fargo India Private Limited board of
directors.

Tracy joined Wells Fargo in October 2019 from Antares Capital where she was
the Chief Operations and Technology Officer. Prior to that, she served in a
number of senior leadership roles over 15 years at Bank of America, including
Global Wholesale Credit and Banking Technology Executive, Chief Operations
Officer for Global Banking and Markets Technology, and Contact Center
Technology Executive. Tracy also worked at Accenture and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Tracy is a passionate advocate of diversity in the workplace and has provided
leadership to women in technology groups throughout her career. At Wells
Fargo, she launched and leads the Women in Technology advocacy group and
previously served as co-chair of the Wells Fargo Technology Diversity, Equity and
Inclusion Council.

In 2021, American Banker recognized Tracy as a standout in their annual Most
Powerful Women in Banking program, an honor for extraordinary leaders in roles
of enormous importance. In 2020, she was recognized as one of the Women
Worth Watching® in STEM by the Profiles in Diversity Journal and was a finalist for
the 2020 Charlotte CIO of the Year ORBIE awards. Tracy was recognized by The
Charlotte Business Journal as a “Top 40 Under 40” for being one of the Charlotte,
N.C., region’s brightest and most talented up-and-coming business leaders. In
addition, she is an Athena Leadership Award finalist. Tracy is a technology
thought leader who has been interviewed for podcasts and had blogs published
in industry media.

Tracy earned a degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the
University of Michigan. She lives in Charlotte, N.C. with her husband and three
children.
