Echo leads the Data Productivity and Integration Tooling engineering team within Data and
Application Services Engineering in Morgan Stanley. Her team oversees technology areas such
as test data management, data integration, data federation as well as developer productivity
and data modeling tooling.
Echo joined Morgan Stanley CTO office to cover data infrastructure technology in 2013. She
transitioned into Data Engineering in 2015 and oversees the Data Infrastructure Captains forum
on top of her product engineering team lead role. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Echo has
held various technical and managerial roles in database administration, systems integration
architecture, and product management in other finance corporations including Credit Suisse,
UBS and PaineWebber.
