Andy Santacroce is Deputy CIO & Vice President for Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS), delivering technology solutions to select Tokio Marine group insurance companies nationally. Throughout his tenure at TMNAS, he has transformed delivery across multiple domains including Digital, Data & Analytics, Business Experience (Business Analysis & Quality Management), Human Resource Systems and Organizational Change Management. Prior to joining TMNAS in 2016, he served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Global Applications & Digital Products at BDP International in Philadelphia. He has held key leadership positions across infrastructure, program management, marketing support and sales engineering throughout his career for the Verizon companies, Cable & Wireless, SmithKline Beecham, PECO Energy, The PMA Group and Prudential Insurance. Andy is passionate about giving back to the community and has served on the Boards of Directors for Encore Series, Inc. (The Philly POPS), Cradles to Crayons, Settlement Music School, on the Executive Board of the Penn State Alumni Association and is currently President of the Penn State Eberly College of Science Alumni Society.
