Kirsteen is a Quality Engineering Chapter Lead within Virgin Money’s Digital Engineering division. Her primary focus is on test automation, secure provisioning of data in test and enabling shift left testing capabilities through datadevops. Prior to working in Digital Engineering Kirsteen spent over 15 years working within the Quality Assurance function across Digital, Data and Core banking technology platforms. Her current focus is on leading the creation of the Test Data as a Service COE across Digital and Innovation.
