Suda is a seasoned and highly accomplished technology executive with nearly 4 decades of global experience leading complex business initiatives, building world-class technology organizations, and consulting for multi-billion dollar corporations.
As the Chief Digital Solutions Delivery Officer, Suda leads the Global Digital Application Solutions organization also known as the Worldwide DevHub, delivering quality solutions to all business units of Deloitte including the core business (Consulting & Advisory, Audit & Assurance, Tax & Legal) apps, data & analytics, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Independence, Risk, Brand, Intranet and all back-office applications. In this role, Suda is responsible for developing, socializing, and implementing IT applications and Innovation strategy; creating and executing programs, strategies, and processes that optimize software development activities; and managing eco-system partners from Argentina, Ukraine, India, and Columbia. He is accountable for leading all products by relying on a team of over 3,400 global associates and a development partner eco-system. Suda’s Global DevHubs have been leading the digital transformation vision within Deloitte by having successfully deployed technologies such as Generative AI, Intelligent Automation using RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Chatbot and many forms of AI/ML across many products.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Suda served as the CIO at a Healthcare organization where he was instrumental in transforming the IT organization that led to a successful IPO launch in May 2015. Prior to that, Suda was the Regional CIO, VP of IT at Ascension Health, a $20+ Billion healthcare provider with 150,000 associates, where he led the largest $1.5 Billion business transformation initiative in the healthcare industry. Suda also held the role of Vice President of Information Solutions and Shared Services at YRC Worldwide, a global $9+ Billion transportation & logistics company.
Suda is married to his wife Stephanie and enjoys spending time with his two grown children. Suda is an avid reader, an audiophile, cyclist and a musician.
