Serving as CEO of Perforce, Jim is passionate about creating an exciting, fun, enriching, diverse, employee-centric culture that supports and promotes the values needed to deliver a positive customer experience. Jim holds an MBA, Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business.
