Pritam has over 23 years of IT experience in data security and technology. He is currently the Senior Vice President and Software Engineering Director for Truist Bank, a top 10 U.S. commercial bank, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Pritam is a recognized leader in Finance, Banking & Insurance information technology for innovation and organizational excellence. He has extensive experience delivering highly complex, enterprise-class data products and solutions. In 2023, Pritam was recognized as the winner of the CIO100 Awards for IT Innovation & Excellence. Pritam partners closely with Truist Bank Business, Technology, Risk, Cyber, GRC & Audit teams around the globe to strengthen the company’s resilience, address the complex and continuously evolving data threat environment, and ensure data governance, data quality sensitive data security and test data management modernization. An engineer by trade, he has held a variety of senior leadership positions across business consulting & technology. Pritam holds a Master of Computer Applications from the OUAT University in India and has done his Executive Management Program from the XIMB, India. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and a lovely talented daughter.
